The summer is coming to an end, but along with some friends, we went to get it back in Sicily last week end. From 25 to 29 September 2014, we went to sail around the beautiful Egadi islands, just off the coast of Trapani.

My first challeging boat was a 470. It's a very technical and glorious dinghy, today still an Olympic class, able to teach much to those who want to better understand how to conduct a performing sailing dinghy. But not only. The 470 is a boat that has much to teach even those who, then, want to navigate with cabin cruisers.

The author of Waterwind is also a dinghy sailor... In fact, I was born as a sailor to become, then, a windsurfer.

We're happy to publish these photos, taken and kindly made available by Stefano Garganigo.

June 2, 2013, was a great day for watersports on Como Lake (see also windsurf session photo report at Abbadia Lariana).

Although Waterwind, at the time, is more oriented to the world of windsurfing, we decided to dedicate some space to sailing, and, in particular, to dinghies (but not only: we also like greater boats!).
