It's been a while since I haven't had a current year's Ezzy sail in my hands. During my last windsurfing sessions, I had the chance to thoroughly test the new 2025 Ezzy Wave, the Hawaiian brand's 4-batten wave sail, and, here, I'll summarize my impressions for you.
Windsurfing, test: Ezzy Wave 2025
Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to test several Ezzy 4-batten wave sails. I loved the Ezzy Elite, and I've already had the opportunity to test the 2021 version of the Ezzy Wave, which replaced the Elite. For a few months now, I've been the happy owner of the 2025 Ezzy Wave, in the 4.7 size.
After several bump and jump sessions, both on lakes (Lake Como and Garda) and at sea (Hyeres, Playa Nemina - Galicia, Spain), I finally had the chance to test it in ideal conditions for waveriding, among the waves of Sardinia (Funtana Meiga). My assessment is therefore based on a good series of sessions.
